Important Message from ESPD Chief Whalen

The El Segundo Police Department is aware of planned peaceful gatherings to take place in El Segundo and elsewhere in the South Bay. ESPD supports the right of individuals to gather peacefully.

Since there have been instances of violence and property damage in other cities, we have increased patrol staff to closely monitor the entire city, and we are working cooperatively with our neighboring cities to ensure that our community remains safe and secure.

If you observe criminal behavior or see anything suspicious, please call 911.
